I’ve spent over 20 years as an employment lawyer, and what keeps me motivated is helping people navigate complex, often very personal workplace challenges. At K&P, that’s exactly what we do — with real depth and specialism. 

What I enjoy most is the variety. We act for a broad range of clients, from growing businesses to senior executives, and no two days are the same. The work is intellectually demanding and often high profile. 

We’re a boutique law firm, which means we’re agile, work closely with our clients, and able to deliver a level of service that consistently generates outstanding feedback. That really matters to me and it means that work / life balance is, in fact, balanced! 

I remember a particularly challenging case where the client later told us our advice had protected not just their business, but their reputation and confidence. Moments like that remind me why I chose this profession — and why I love being at K&P.
